Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing mejiasfinds1@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address. Do not return items to the address printed on the shipping parcel without confirmation.

You are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos when possible; we will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or refund, including any required return shipping at our expense.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you have not received it after 15 business days.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. Requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped. For exchanges, contact us first to arrange a return and a new order.
